its a hoax guys!!!! as per my experience just the interior will cost you upto 4 lakhs(min. considering all wood shown are plastic finish and tiles and sanitary fitting +2 lakhs, super structure without plastering will comeup to 10 lakhs ( if your dad is the contrator) and paint is free of cost since his father in law owns the paint shop.
You guys never show the terrace.just mention it showing the stairway.God knows whats the reason behind not showing the terrace.Its always in all your videos
