I mean that’s probably common knowledge but for some reason I didn’t listen to this advice. I had to pay for it😃 . My mental health was kind of destroyed afterwards I felt so much shame and just regret. I never thought my first experience would influence me that much🤡 I still get flashbacks to the whole situation and dealing with it has cost me so much energy.

just so you know, this happens to some guys for a lot of reasons. Happens to me most of the times when I try to be intimate with someone for the first time, ESPECIALLY if I like them a lot (because then I get more nervous and don't want to disappoint). We can't control it, and you shouldn't take it personally because it's truly not usually related to attraction (in fact even if someone isn't attracted to you, they can still get hard). This is just how male biology works

I was super awkward in highschool and wasn't ready for sex, but not out of fear. I just didn't feel it was the right time.
