This was dope!! But the Wu Tang Crew argument, they are forgetting under Wu Tang, there is Grave Diggaz, Wu Tang Killer Bees, and Sons of Man. The impact of Wu Tang GLOBALLY is unmatched by any crew.

Some of these are crews but some are just labels so it’s hard to compare them to Wu. Like Bad Boy is a label but it’s being treated as both. And going by some of the criteria being used ( Masta Ace counted as in the Juice Crew for example) Redman should be counted as Wu.
Im here in Rio de Janeiro and Brasil definitely has a strong hiphop culture. Every once in a while I eveb catch a cipher on the street or beach in Copacabana. Lots of trap rappers. I built my studio here last year because the music culture is wide open here. In São Paulo they just had Raekwon and the people loved the show. Brasil is a great place to do shows and get noticed.

Mecca is incorrect about Bone Thugs n Harmony not putting anyone else out. They had Mo Thugs Family (Mo Thugs Records/Relativity) from 1996-2000, which featured Bone Thugs, Poetic Hustlaz, Graveyard Shift, Tre, Souljah Boy (the original one lol), Felicia etc. The single Ghetto Cowboy went Gold in 1998. But I get it, New York didn't mess with Bone Thugs like that so they probably weren't aware of how extensive their 90s catalog was back then. Probably a better crew battle would have been Mo Thugs Family v. Shady or Mo Thugs Family v. Hypnotized Minds

When we do these list people gotta understand that there’s a difference between a Rap crew (Dipset, G Unit) and a Rap Group (The Lox, Wu Tang). There’s a difference from a Rap group and a Rap duo (Outkast). 🤔🤔🤔

Queen has the longest run and Nas just dropped 4 albums in the past 2 and a half years. There are queens emcees who still got albums coming out or just dropped like Kool G Rap and Mega.
I’m a big fan of Brooklyn emcees and have favourites in there, but Jay-Z, Big Daddy Kane and a few others ain’t dropping no more albums in a very long while. If anyone can prove me wrong with the numbers then I rest my case🤣

There is no difference from the two cities other than one is bigger than the other. Same crime rate. In my expert opinion I think The Lox should be considered on both sides with M.P.R with Bad Boy and W.A.T.S with Ruff Ryders then determine which is the determining factor…It’s subjective to think just because they wanted off one label and on to the other means they didn’t have influence in both camps
