I have always enjoyed Qatar. I am, however, not a big fan of the layout of Business on the 787 that I flew on. It feels very exposed and not very private. Qatar service is great, and use of the Business Class lounge in Doha is also a treat.
An enjoyable video. The onboard service and catering certainly makes up for the lack of a Q-suite on the 787. I'd happily fly in this seat from Doha to Düsseldorf.

QR offers a very good price via DOH but I would like to have a little more comfort. I know, it´s whining on a high level but these kind of seats have been in there for 10 years+ and I think it´s time for something new and better with more privacy.
Totally agree the seats are nothing special but better then the Germany Lufthansa for sure also the service and the food is one of the best in the world. You have to try their qsuite product is amazing to fly business with so much privacy. And good luck with finding a good deal to your destination.
@@travelwithmelih oh I can not agree more!! I flew with Lufthansa last year to Buenos Aires, 1st Class and I think it´s just pathetic!! SQ for example would be ashamed to call it their Business Class!! Unfortunately LH was the only carrier that offered a nonstop flight from Frankfurt but when I saw their 2-2-2 configuration in Business I decided to fly 1st. The whole hassle about their 1st Class terminal in Frankfurt is a bad joke!! Don´t understand how LH is considered a 5 star airline! 3 at best!
Yes I think because the bus boarding, you don’t have to wait long in the airplane when everyone is onboard it has also a positive site. Maybe QR can give a different boarding time for business passengers so you can enjoy the lounge more 😅
I have to tell you, this airline is fighting for to obtain the worst rate in the world…… every day is getting worst services in all disciplines #badqatarairways
It’s excellent and i prefer it to the Q Suite since it’s less boxed in and closed and is with more light.

I remember the first time I flew QR business class, it was exactly this one on the B788, and I was so impressed. Nowadays it’s „just“ standard:)
Our standard are rising up when we see other products who is better then the older once.
