- Welcome to my first OSRS RUclips video! Taking inspiration from a lot of my favorite creators I hope to bring you an entertaining and fun snowflake Ironman series. I'm still learning a lot about video and audio editing and hope to improve with every video.

A series where you actually roleplay your character instead of grinding numbers sounds like the best idea I have EVER heard for a Runescape series.

Could've started roleplaying as a squire until you had the requirements for white knight armour. Sounds like a fun series
That could/would have been funny but alas I never thought of that.
However, I never mentioned it in the video, but the initial grind and all quests were completed in full steel with only steel 2h until the real gear could be bought.

If any exists maybe a bonus video with your character getting “nostalgic” for the squire days. Encourage another young squire with tales from your days as a squire. Can be splashed in episodes like an audience hidden past that we see glimpses of.
You could even do background footage with another account and have a “memory filter” that doesn’t show account info.
I have all my footage saved and its very rare i dont record when im logged in. Only when im doing something that requires so many retries that i stop recording to spare my poor harddrives.
The thing about the squire comment is there isn't a very defined gear set, and honestly, my intial footage is just me completing the required quests in full steel, which isn't really a challenge because those required quests are low entry level ones.
There is a reason I made the joke in the montage of killing the black knights. It was incredibly dull, which is why I have the rave music justiposed with the sad little "clink" the game makes for combat.
It was meant to highlight the ridiculousness of the intense music and cinimatics for something that was truly brain deadening.
I have plans to release a few select videos in the future. That show the storyline and moments in prior episodes from other characters' perspectives. So it's not impossible you see something like this.

I just had never heard the term. I know of red vs. blue. Honestly, my inspiration for the storyline was Dicer because I always thought his intros were funny.

The concept is fantastic! My normal fashion scape includes the white chainbody and white platelegs, I love the white knights. I have brought that armour as a switch in to a COX raid for Olm, it's an achievable goal and I hope you continue the series enough to go above and beyond that!

As someone who started a themed account to have more fun while playing, I've been looking for a series like this that isn't just a 10hp slayer account or skill locked. Thanks so much! I have a ton of "cold opens" planned, and the omega dream is to get other content creators involved in some of the video openings and narration.

Sir pugger: "Today I'm going to tell you all how to spot bots! On of the easiest ways is if you ever see a player character doing something so inefficiently you need to question if their really a person. Take a look at this loser, for example, who in their right mind would train combat in white knight Armour and a two handed sword? This is definitely a bot!

Damn, I rarely follow osrs snowflake account series, but can't wait to see how far a white knight could make it as an adventurer.

if you could make this a healthy mix of like 70/30 with storytelling being at the forefront and account progression still being available but more in the backround of everything this would be awesome. i see with your editing that you have a nack for storytelling and i would love to see the story of Sir Scribe. A lot of the available series now are "how much can i torture myself on this account" and thats fun to watch, but this would be sooooo refreshing too. im joining you for the ride!

Surely recruitment drive unlocks initiate armour. Yknow, like an initiate to the white knight gang?... Surely you cant complete any of the Troll Stronghold relates things due to the war with Burthorpe
Fun fact, initate armour.....is better stats than white knight armour but there is also no white knight NPC wearing them. Your concerns with Burthorpe will be taken into consideration though. I'll have to do some lore digging.
I will already hedge a bit though and say the citizen of a geopolitical conflict are never the enemy so if the citizens / noncombatants of Burthorpe are in need, SirScribe would reasonabily assist them

The goal will be weekly uploads, but I may miss a week every now and then. I am never happy with my edits and sometimes I can't get over myself which might cause delays here and there.

I'll be honest I love hoarding, and I love making nice bank layouts... but since UIMs are white helmets when they chat, I felt I had no other option.

I really like the idea of a roleplaying snowflake account! Now I’m curious what the first series attempt was because I swear I’ve seen every area of the game covered by region locked irons. By the way, your intro has a typo at 0:14. It should be “Starring” instead of “Staring.”

Oh and the region lock idea will be restarted in several months. I'd like to upload regularly but in game like OSRS the grinds get longer and longer.
The plan I have is as one series starts to hit a cadence where videos take longer, other series will pick up to fill the void.

Kinda wish you'd have put some actual gameplay in this episode instead of just talking about it for 10 minutes. Maybe this is more of an episode 0
I hear you. Trying to find a good balance of game play and narrative is pretty hard. I tried to think about what I like to see in other Ironman series and was likely too heavy-handed with "only show 'meaningful' game play"
It's something I struggle in my decision making while editing. I'll try to incorporate more of the game play in future episodes and see how it's received.
