Love it! Will you make a leftie version, too? Turning the blade around sometimes works, but there is still the front that should be mirrored.
So much looking for a good leftie version 🥹

A tad bit of Loctite 222 on the screws may be worthwhile.

In your laser nesting software you can line up the two TI parts the same distance as the lasers kerf apart and add a line along the common edge 1/2 way between them. We do this on 20g-3/8ths steel to save scrap at work

my local home depot no longer sells the dewalt regular blades or the yellow knife now they only have the husky serrated edge blades and garbage husky knives and its really aggravating not only for the 25mm but for all other the snap blade sizes. also I have never set a yellow dewalt 25mm knife on fire but then again I never really tried but I'm sure its quite possible

How much? I'd like one for my dad. He thought my Chineseum pry bar was neat, besides the multiple titanium parts he has replacing his knee, both shoulder joints, and a plethora of rods/screws in all three of the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine. 16 that I'm aware of, and after finally having his knee straightened, he's hopefully all done. He would fit right in! It kills me because I know he's depressed, the last few years have been one after the other, after the next - I think this eye catching, conversation starting piece may be what I need to get him to venture outside his comfort zone

Need a new one. My Lenox was garbage right off the hop. Got to pry it open to get a blade in. F------ GARBAGE! Was added to my grab list on the next tool run.
Perfect timing. Bought and paid for. Im sure it will be a treat. Thanks AVE!

If you change the design so that the nubs are on the outside of the case, then the blade won't jam if they aren't fully removed. that is a free design change that will reduce the learning curve for assembly.

    Question what size countersink

    is being used ?
    Thanks

Don't know if this was by design or not, but all my fasteners extend past the opposite side. Would I be able to sand them down so they are flush with the surface or would that not be advised? Love the knife, thank you so much!

Happily bought two! One for me and one to assemble with my niece when she's old enough to handle a blade like this with supervision. This tool will last for eons and be studied by aliens archeologists.

At first I was thinking for the price. I gotta do the work, too but actually this is better I get to polish it how I want to look and the process of finishing it now I can tell my friends I made it. All I ask is that you add an air tag.
