Marc, excellent video as always. I own & love Caftan by Yves Saint Laurent. I also own Tuxedo which is terrific & Caban. I think that Caban leans a little feminine & I do not wear it anymore. My girlfriend wears the fragrance and I like the way it smells on her but I do not like the way it works on my skin.
Yeah, there are a couple of good ones in that line. Sleek Suede is worth checking out. Vinyle is interesting. I like Caftan. But it's not a love. If you want Caftan with some more incense, try D&G Velvet Incenso. That one is a LOVE!!! Thanks for giving some attention to the red haired step children!!

You know what to do. ☺ As for Babycat...it's basically Vanagloria in the sillage. I find it difficult to tell them apart. And Alhambra did a great job cloning Tuxedo with The Tux. Some bonafide inexpensive alternatives for the deal hunters.

I despise the whole line... I think these French houses have lost the plot on what they charge 300 to 500 bucks for...but thats just one 🐏 opinion 🤷♂️
Keep in mind they are in the business of making money, they can charge whatever they want and they are premium brands that people will pay for the name on the sticker. I'm sure chanel purses and hermes purses aren't any different than buying a coach purse but the prices are drastically different. These brands will keep upping the prices, I would not be surprised that in 5 years that Chanel Exclusives will be $500 per 50ml and all the exclusive lines will follow suit. Have you smelled the whole line Ramsey?

Hi Rob, my favorite out of this house is the new one babycat. The incense , smoky and the ambery tone really set apart from the rest of the line

In this line, "24 rue de l'université" is a beautiful scent. Very elegant like YSL know kow to do.
