Rhythm and Poetry Party at Europe House

The EU Delegation to the UK and the European Parliament Liaison Office in the UK organised a fringe event to launch May 2023 European Writers’ Festival. The Festival, organised by EU National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC), was part of EU Delegation’s Europe Month.
This Fringe event, titled Rhythm And Poetry Party (R.A.P.) explored the crossover between hip-hop music and poetry. The R.A.P. was curated by the outstanding British-Nigerian writer and artist Inua Ellams and included performances by:

Giovanni Esposito (Italy),
