Easy and fast pepper stew for rice

- Have you ever wondered why stew is a staple in most Nigerian homes? It is because it's versatile, you can eat it with anything ranging from, white rice, yam , plantain, agege bread, beans...
Sometimes when I don't have stew at home I feel frustrated, I start thinking of what to cook. I remember growing up my mum always make this emergency stew for rice anytime there is no stew at home. So I decided to recreate it for my own family and my family has always enjoyed this recipe, each time I make it.
Ingredients
3 large red bell peppers
10 pieces of habanero peppers( adjust to your taste)
3 medium onions
iru ( locust beans)
1 seasoning cube
palmoil
Olive oil
protein of my choice
eggs
salt to taste
