That's so funny, BCBS has always had issues with their websites, phone lines, it's crazy. Then you go to Humana, it's so smooth, the customer service is very smoothly ran. lol...glad to see it wasn't just me all these years, dealing with the insurance companies..lol

@debyc550 YES...That's the in thing now. These Healthcare companies have been doing this for years. I left 3 companies because of that, Only to go to a 4th and the same thing happened. I wouldn't mind, but those Outsourcing companies haven't got a clue & just make your work 10 times harder, because you have to go right behind them & clean up their mess on the accounts. Very aggravating & extremely stressful 😢 I wish you Luck of finding something 👍🙏

Your tuition most likely pays for a number of professional development services and they often have connections with businesses that hire directly from the school. The only problem that I am finding with healthcare is that they request a self directed video interview...I refuse to do those. I got a request for a video interview from Anthem just yesterday. They are hiring, just don't be surprised if they request a video interview if they are interested in you.
I understand. Everyone has their preferences. But it's an effective way to interview many people and hire faster. Anthem is a huge company. Imagine how many people they'd need in their HR department to accommodate face-to-face virtual interviews. 😳 by having it self directed, it actually benefits the worker because a decision can be reached faster. 👍🏽
