Great tip! One question I would have is: does the same apply when a lefty hits the ball to right field and vise versa? Does a fly ball hit by a lefty going to right field tend to trail left, and does a fly ball hit by a righty to left field tend to hook right?

Will get a bit of hook sometimes, but ball seems to slice more to oppo field vs hook to pull side

2 Questions: does it matter if left fielder is right handed or left handed? Also should the left fielder pre-emptively move a little towards their right when a lefty comes to the plate? Thanks.
