The COI was presenting findings of its report into abuses committed on both sides since Israel’s war on Gaza began.

The first reference 5:21 says that Moses عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ was leading the bani israel to the holy land not just the jews, at the time there was no such thing as Judaism. The Palestinians are the decendants of the people mentioned in this verse as they are the bani israel and they converted to Islam but their ancestors and lineage is same.
