To be honest, you cannot comprehend his langguage, impression is only a feeling of excitement but if you dig dipper to the langguage of law you'll notice that Cuevas outperform every lawyers this country has.

He had served us all well. He fought for the truth on this battle. But people were highly influenced by the opinions of the media who hardly have watched the real impeachment.

In the end Justice Cuevas only wish is to unify both parties for the country. More than cleverness and wit, he showed compassion to everybody there either friends or foe. Honestly, I will remember him, more than the impeachment issue.

The sad truth in this case is that the majority of the judges were cohorts of Pres. Noy Aquino whose family's vast hacienda luisita is the subject of a case decided by the supreme court headed by corona. The decision was not favorable for the Aquino-Cojuangco clan.
kaya mahirap bumoto ng mga senador na hindi nalalaman ang kanilang role kung bakit nandun sila sa senado. let us vote someone who is like miriam, bongbong and the other senator who aquitted corona. it shows that they know they role and they know what they are doing because they know what the rule of law is.

He was the lawyer of Marcos during Marcos time. Serafin Cuevas was a practising lawyer while Marcos was a legislator but he is non-practising lawyer....Ang katapat lang ni Justice Cuevas na same as his practising lawyer Jose Pepe Diokno....if ever he's alive ang gandang makinig sa offense and defense among them...
