The prosecution had no evidence in the first place. They submitted an evidence without authentication. They used the senate to gather evidences that was purposely made to mislead the public. He is accused of betrayal of public trust on account of his allegedly erroneous SALN, when it is allowed by LAW to be corrected. They broke the law of FCDA, AMLAC and the proper proceedings of the rules of court, even the rules of evidence.
