    Hi mate! Thanks for your video!
    I own very same car in Austria. It is 55k kms and almost 4yrs old at the moment and seems it is time to change cvt fluid..
    As I understood you just did simple 1 time and 4ltr change without filters.
    Does it make sense to change both filters as well? The point is that it is very difficult to find right service that is familiar with CVTs to do this work in our area. Because Japanese cars are not so popular here:)
    That's why I lean to do cvt service in the same way as you.

      Hi ! Yes in this video I have changed only the oil in gearbox,( normal process like in the dealer also do in the first service of CVT) in 60.000km only oil and in the second (120.000km)you can also change the filter in the cooler and inside the gearbox ! But I think you need also only the fluid for the time! Thank you 😊

    Hi, this is the first transmission oil change, how many km. did the car have a replacement?

    • @CARSPARTSTOOLS
      @CARSPARTSTOOLS  Месяц назад +1

      Mitsubishi recommends every 80.000km, i have do it in 72tkm ,that was the first oil change on this car !

      @CARSPARTSTOOLS And according to you, was it worn out, dirty? With these transmission oils, there is also a time interval like with engine oils (12m./15,000km), or they are unlimited in time, only km. the limit must be respected (in this case it is 80,000)? I'm asking because I have a dual-clutch automatic with dry clutches...also 2019, but km. minimal mileage (as a demonstration vehicle) :) do you recommend a replacement now after 5 years, or is it still useless?

      If you have a recommendation surely you must change the oil regularly in gearbox also , ok , the engine oil works more harder and in high temperatures so the interval must be shorter than in a transmission! Like I see in current vehicles with CVT and in others I have already done… the oil it’s enough black*… so I think that’s worth it! About DCT dry there is some manufacturers that they say the oil is for lifetime and no need to change, but my personal meaning is that it’s better to change the oil also ! For example in VW group you must change better both oil in gearbox (in gearbox it self and in mechatronic of the shifting machine!

      @@CARSPARTSTOOLS With mine, there is no change interval, only an oil level check! It's a dry 7DCT Hyundai/Kia...when would you do the swap? After 5 years regardless of km.? The raid is up to 20,000 :D

      I think that will be Good to do this process in max 40.000km or 5 to max 7 years ! This is my personal opinion!
