apart from heavy metals not as much as you would think, there are however many many more garbage patches that we do and don’t know about. Garbage for one reason or another has accumulated in extremely large piles all over the ocean. There are 5 that we know of this size and others that are smaller.
When you find out what the „garbage patch“ actually is and how it is portrayed in the media you will learn a lot about the media. 🤕 For years I thought they showed me the so called „garbage patch“. Now I know all this news were the garbage.
It was not pictures of the garbage patch. The first video was used as shock factor and is stretching the truth. That first picture was either a river in India clogged with plastic by some sort of dam or filtering media. Or it was a picture of the accumulated trash from a cleaning operation in the ocean.
I have a question. How long have these currents been converging? Because what if there are ancient things under all that kinda like the ocens dumping ground. Imagine finding greek or viking artifacts that floated there

It's a fake picture. There's lots of plastic out there for sure. But, the photo shown was a bay in Japan directly after a tsunami. Notice the Japanese mountain line in the background.

You cant take any satellite images and or even any normal images of Garbage patch clearly because it greatly 99% percent of ocean plastic pollution is microplastics that some of them cannot be seen even with boats. Imagine how much pollution is sitting at the bottom of the oceans

A lot. You can’t see it, but there are an uncountable number of microplastics in the sand and rocks of the ocean

They perform a magic ritual to make it vanish into thin air. They either put it in a landfill or recycle it. Where do you think it goes?
