- Wow.. what better way to celebrate and pay tribute to Saltburn and Murder on the Dancefloor than a performance at the BAFTA
✨ Such a cherry-on-top moment 🍒 Thanks to Paul Roberts who choreographed such a dream - he also helped Richard and I with our wedding dance so I know how brilliant he is! The dancers were awesome, the lights and staging and cameras so perfect… huge thanks to BAFTA for giving me the opportunity. Pop stars don’t usually get to go to film awards and I got around the ever so slightly intimidating crowd by pretending I was performing at a lookalikes convention 😎 In all honestly I just wanted this moment to be real party and a thank you to all who are a part of my story and this song.. dancing The Altogether so happily since 2001. Xx

I had part of a dance song in my head like a decade ago and I could not figure out why I knew it, where it was from. It was Madison Avenue- Don't Call Me Baby. That taught me something: when your eyes are closed and you are fully in- moving to sounds enveloping you dancing- it just has to feel good! Thanks DJ's of my youth. Maybe yours too? For now this is folding into the playlists for sure, good memories, from what I remember 😅✌

I'm so proud of Sophie. She finally gets the attention she deserves. Read my lips, Make a Scene and Trip Light Fantastic are one of the best albums I've ever listened to. I remember listening her music on the radio when I was a little kid. I'm 32 now, and I still do.

First saw her in MTv awards as presentor she was lime a porcelain doll back then and amaze how she looks the same after 5 children. Glad she gets more recognition that she deserves. I was about to buy tickets for your LA show and thought to check your own website first. So glad that I did! I live in a tiny town in New Mexico, USA, and our little airport has two flights per day. One goes to Dallas, and one goes to Denver. So, when I saw you have a show in Englewood, Coloroado on Sept. 4, I didn't hesitate. I bought two tickets and booked a flight. I have a friend who lives in Englewood, and we've been friends since university...almost 40 years! So we'll be attending together and couldn't be more excited. By the way, although I live in the States now, I'm originally from Darwen. Go Lancashire! Can't wait to see your show!
