HELP!! My Wrists HURT!

  • Your hands, wrists and forearms are taking a beating with all the typing & scrolling going on these days!
    Repeating the same movement, over and over without enough of a break. Holding the same position for long periods of time. Bad posture or improper ergonomics. All contribute to the inflammation, pain and stress in our fingers, hands, wrists and forearms.
    Here is a fun way to help relieve the stress and tension from your fingers up through your forearms! And, do your best to stop typing, scrolling or holding the position for as long.
