Kaif is gonna be a yuan ti (eden snake) bard that exceeds in persuasion and deception
Stan is gonna be an half orc paladin (judgement) all because he is plain stupid and because half orcs are the most common murder hobos
Lil is gonna be a kobold ranger because rangers and kobolds only get fucked up in every single sense
Edit: about the kobold ranger
Rangers are fairly "restrict" (tell me a single ranger exclusive magic that doesnt involve arrows) into using a bow and is pretty much seeing as "lesser druids" (at least everywhere ive gone to is like that) and kobolds are one of the main enemies for "starters" pretty much being the scaly version of the goblin

Kobolds can actually be pretty good when they take advantage of pack tactics, and rangers are very versatile and have at least decent survivability.
I've played Ranger a few times, and was mvp of my group. Also, don't mess with Kobolds. One made my dragonborn barbarian blind with a pebble.
