Hi, thanks you very much for your videos. I'd like to apply this knowledge to real live controling a motor speed using a pump conected to motor truck drive. In your videos you haven't taked about the heating that the pressure compensated flow could cause. Maybe you can add a video about that. Thank you.
Kindly explain it in detail that how hydraulic pump sense in increase in load on motors. I am very grateful to you for these videos. Also egar for your response. Plz.
The control valves near the pump usually receives the signal pressure (max needed pressure for the system), and based on that the control valves will regulates the pressure and allow the pressure to the system. So the maximum pressure can be decided by the resolver which usually compares two system and finalise the maximum work pressure and gave it as an input from the control valve. So usually the control valve will be seperately needed only for the fixed displacement pump. And for variable displacement the pressure cut off and flow compensator will be inbuilt with pump setup
Can someone explain how the relief system works? Why is there a safety valve with two fixed orifice an a relief valve connected to it? How this system actually works?
Excelente soy tu admirador.
Ese programa es sensacional a pesar que no entiendo mucho el inglés entiendo la gráfica y simbología y con eso me basta

i have the similar doubt, what is exactly happening to load compensator dcv when we increase load gradually ? please explain if you know.
thanks

kind of simulation hydraulic software that you used to?
Hello, we want the program on a flash memory
Can you please tell me the pump serial which used in this video?
What do the two valves below the 6/3-valves do?
Look up pre pressure compensators 👍

thank you..
What is that software name?
