As an Aussie, it kills me to say this, but cleet dominated Steve on the pad today! That tip in was on point. Huge entry speed and used the whole pad. Finally toast is behaving
I’m originally Australian living in the US now. So happy to see the Australian skid culture taking hold here! They have some serious weapons over there, with guys on a prize circuit chasing the big bucks.
Both of those motors sounded so good. Takes skill to build a motor that can run that hard and for that long. Sounds like two Castlemaine Rod Shop motors need to find their way into a 32' powerboat.
For a while Australia had been quietly innovating, building and modding cars seemingly going unnoticed. Very grateful to Cleeter and other influencers who've given Aussies a platform to offer up the very best we have, and put it on display for the world to see and appreciate.

You guys have a lot of cars not sold anywhere else in the world, even the u.s. Holdens, utes, plus a lot of Jdm stuff that the u.s. stopped getting long ago. I cant think of more vehicles as an example, but everytime I watch a car video from Australia I think "wish we had those here in the states"

Toast has a blue print engine and they have had nothing to do with tune so there's that only thing he did was mess with the carbon fiber hat to get it to idle little better

Yea thats a big thing here is wall taps, its usually intensional and gathers more cheers from the fans which are the judges. He has great car control as that was a tap and not a HIT like the last event lol
To be fair I don’t see the judges ever letting cleet take the trophy at summernats. I could see him getting close but I don’t ever see him being able to take the title. Not because of his skill, but because Americans cannot take the victory of best burnout. It’d be stripping Aussie culture

I'm not some Cleetus fan-boy or anything, but he objectively killed it. Absolutely killer entry, gave the wall a love tap, covered the entire pad with rubber and smoke, and killed both tires. He nailed it.

Just to let those Aussies get ready for the race, Qantas flipped their jet upside down when they crossed the equator! I've got a buddy who tried that drinkin' moonshine and said it was impossible. But those Aussies showed Ole Darrel a thing or two!

Cleeter had a great tip in but he did wall tap, which would lose a considerable amount of points. I think the difference we are seeing here is Toast is a beater where Killa B is not. Cleet sent it harder because he's not afraid to hit the wall. What you will notice at Summernats is most the cars on the pad are immaculate and showcars. Many 100k+ cars at Summernats
TOAST had the tip in speed but was crawling around and had a wall tap. Still a strong burnout. Steve in KILLAB took a more conservative approach as he would be treating it as a demo and data collection. But great to see this in the US I hope it takes off.

Ben nogas is a master with all the engines. Killa b's engine, toasts engine and war birds engine.
Engine in Killa B is built by Brett Nidre from BNR Engines, Ben tunes it
