  • December 22nd, 2023. While I was down in Florida for Christmas vacation with my family, I wanted to do some plane spotting at what I consider my second home airport. I was constantly checking the scheduled flights to and from RSW every day I was down there to catch as many special liveries and widebody aircraft as I could. I managed to catch two special liveries from two different airlines, but I unfortunately missed the two widebodies that came in. I went to the viewing area at the airport on two separate days; all the other days I was down there we either had stuff already pre-planned for the day or there was nothing special coming in. I was originally thinking about combining every plane spotting clip into one video, but I later decided to split them up in half since that made the two videos around 25 minutes long and that's usually how long my spotting videos are nowadays it seems. That actually worked out pretty well because this video contains all of the clips I got from the viewing area on the 22nd. I did record time lapse footage during both of my visits to the viewing area, but I decided I'm gonna put all of it in the second video. I did manage to catch my first Airbus A321neo from both Frontier and JetBlue, as well as my first ever Embraer E-Jet E2 during this spotting session. Anyways, I hope you all enjoy this video, and look forward to part 2 of my RSW spotting adventures! Enjoy!

Nice! The only airplanes I see around my place are my grandpas plane and the farmers crop dusters
