I was in anticipation when I had heard that Chris Barnes was releasing a debut album from his new band. And when it was released, I fell in love with the album. "The Haunted" was a really good album at the time...still is. Actually, I'd put SFU's debut in my list of top 20 death metal albums of all time.

I fully understand your pain to get through a tough discography for a ranking, I'm currently getting through the Black Sabbath albums for a ranking and it's becoming a struggle. I've never listened to this band, kinda don't want to honestly with all the negativity around them. But I have wanted to try the first 2 albums just to see what they're like. However, I didn't enjoy Barnes' vocals on The Bleeding, so I don't know how that'll go for me! 😂😂🤘🏻

When their first album came out I thought it was one of the worst Death Metal Bands that I had ever heard, I couldn't understand how they were taken seriously even then. Never listened to them again until a few years ago when I saw some meme video about how awful they were, I was impressed by how about how much it was possible to suck. Just shows you how the mainstream Metal media will shove any garbage down your throat if the label pays for some advertising space in their fake Metal Magazine. The saddest part is that it works.
Aye, that bit with Ice-T was fucking grim. He should stick to Rap. This was a fair enough round upp really. Nightmatres Of The Decomposed has thrvworst cover on a Death Metal album ever.
Warpath I dig (better than Haunted) Some good songs on it. Death or Glory (cover song) I just play real load in my car. Basic simple riff, but it works. The last 15 years the band went really downhill indeed, especially his vocals🤦🏼♂️
