We got one 11 years ago and have had ongoing quality issues from day one 😖 When we first visited this site in 2012, eBuyer and Wren were both in the same building (the one now solely occupied by eBuyer). Wren had offices and a showroom in there. I don’t believe the Wren building on its own was there then. I think Malcolm Healy owned both companies at the time. Wren also rent a warehouse at the company where I work as well. Keep up the good work. The security definitely needed to be educated there. They are paid to not let anyone to enter the site that got no permission to and to guard the place to prevent theft etc when your not on their site it's got nothing to do with them what your doing and the amount of times I have heard ....You can't fly over our property without permission....It's against the law etc bla bla bla...who ever train up these security guards needs to teach them that when public are on public land and not committing any offences they got no rule over you and they can't stop you flying a drone over their property, they my own the land but don't own the air space.
very true. some auditors behave in a childish manner descending into name calling, making them look stupid. also some keep on bragging about how much money they make! BP Audits is very professional in his dealings with security. My three favourite auditors are AB, PTTP and BP Audits.

First security was a bit of an embarassment making up false laws and not having a clue about what he was talking about. Second security guy was a lot better. The only thing he did wrong and which the first one did wrong too was to leave their post. Security's job is to monitor and log and report. Not interact and not put themselves in danger. If they did approach then they didn't see BP as a danger so why did they approach - except to try and intimidate and make him go away which would be outwith their role and job.
I'm going in to work tomorrow and make up some arbitrary laws. Going to boss everyone and say my word is fact. Might as well everyone else is doing it.
Ebuyer/Wren don't buy anything from them. Apart from the people at the very top not been particularly nice, unfortunately live near them, their kitchens are crap and way overpriced. Wickes are a quarter of the price & far better quality 👍 As much as I don't like Amazon you won't get screwed if you hayto return anything, unlike ebuyer, they'll avoid a refund at all costs.

Do not buy anything from Ebuyer, they sold me a broken PC processor and refused to replace or refund as i had opened and tried to fit it, absolute scumbags.
