Good to see you looking so well Stephen, you have not changed one bit, since my early days on the racecourse’s in the 70’s. My late Bookmaking father ‘Kenny Wager’ spoke very highly of you on many an occasion. You are correct, the character has left the betting rings, long, long ago. But we all hold great memories, take care and stay healthy. Look forward too reading this book. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Mr Luck any chance you could interview the great Ron Barry?
Nobody has interviewed him and he has alot to tell.
    Steven is a decent man.

@@Looker88 no sir. If ever Jim had a bet Hills would hedge it. If it was a phone bet via his golden spurs account then that would be sent to track and Mr Little took a lot of this business. Mike I loved x was at Doncaster for the Lincoln meeting and got told Jim had had 2 bets. I remember Jim's account number...I remember his exact profits and he was probably the first top tipster ever. I remember Mike Norris rocking up and on the phone saying....Veitch and his team are on Dayjur when he blitzed York. I also remember the Bravefoot doping sketch. I could say who had the bet on the second fav and why. Michael Buckley owed Hills a fortune...he rocked up with 130k to back an 8/13 shot Rush de Farges (forgive my spelling) it fell. Mike B brought the money back to Leeds and never seen as much money in my life

There are some times when having pre- arranged script would be beneficial to an interview.

Very surprised he hasnt spoken about clueless lewis and his legendary tenner bets and how he has closed down the bookies with his amazing 0.1% win rate 😂

Generally straight it doesn't seem. A mercurial edge would be a conservative view of the goings on on the sand in particular.
