The majority of the time I'm using either my arms, the bed which is helping "hold" the leg as I scoot back, or the devices to help lift. As the healing continues, it'll be much easier to just lift leg with the knee replacement on it's own in no time. 🙂 Hip replacements are similar but a little bit different though. I'll be putting a video together for hip replacements soon.
