      No, Ozzy is not an outspoken "Christian". Anyone who says such a thing has never, ever read the Holy Bible.
      He refers to himself as "The prince of darkness". Perhaps you aren't educated enough to know who the prince of darkness is? Well, it's Satan, not Jesus the Christ. Ozzy serves Satan, not Christ, therefore calling Ozzy and "outspoken Christian" is complete out of line and false.

    • @Lowerclergy
      @Lowerclergy Год назад +3

      Oh of course. That's a big part of what makes their music so awesome and unique. The mix of hard rock & metal, bills jazz swing, and the special sauce ingredient to me is the funky elements within the distorted heavy riffs. It makes it just have such a cool sound. I mean when I'm jamming to some sabbath I don't get the urge to head bang the way I would to other types of metal or heavy music, instead I rock my head back and forth almost like I'm jamming to a heavy rap beat or something and I find myself saying "hell yeah" "ugh yeah!" And "so cool" during the best parts while rocking my head.

    About this song, in may 2015, Bill Ward said: "It's just really good. A great live track. It rocks, kicks ass. On a personal note, when I was having some problems in the hospital in November and December… I'd gone through the operations, the first of the operations I had in November and December of 2013. I had my iPod and the one song I played practically every day was 'Cornucopia'. It really helped me along to listen to it. I just wanted to… I was in pretty bad shape, and I wanted to listen to what I used to be like, at that time."

    Saw the penultimate gig in Birmingham UK on Thursday, massive sound and must admit, I got slightly misty-eyed. Their last is tonight - the website kept crashing for this date. The End, 1968-2017, and Ozzy will be very emotional. (Though, they might come back for a 50th anniversary tour next year :D)
