    Love it! Couple of questions. When you first put in the water and said water change was it that it cleared on its own or you had to dump and refill? Also if you have that on your deck and there is a rainstorm will that upset it at all? Thanks!!

    do you think this would work with other types of fresh water fish?

    • @younghundead
      @younghundead 6 месяцев назад

      It can depending on the fish (smaller ones)
      Also keep in mind that they need certain temperatures and water values. If you live somewhere tropical where the sun shines 35 everyday you can basically keep any fish outside except when the winters are harsh. I live in the netherlands and in the summer some fiah go outside in ponda like the video but way bigger. In the winter I bring them back inside except for the coldwater fish. They only go inside when it's close to freezin temperatures. Hope this helps

    if you overplant this pond, at night, the plants will consume a lot of oxygen from the water and the fish will choke to death

      Nonsense

    • @YSLRD
      @YSLRD 4 месяца назад +16

      Plants take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen. Overcrowding could cause too much water uptake or inhibit fish movement. They won't suffocate.

    • @muhammadwafiq2585
      @muhammadwafiq2585 4 месяца назад

      yes that's photosynthesis and plants do it at daytime when they have sunlight. At night they don't photosynthesise. They respire, just like any living beings. If there are too many plants in a small space, at night they will drag in all the oxygen from the water. The fish won't have any left to breathe. So it's crucial to keep a healthy balance of plants and fish in the pond. It happened to me once, overnight all the guppies got killed even though the water parameters were perfect@@YSLRD. feel free to fact check
