April fool or not (and based on your previous ALW video I question this) this is unworthy of you.

What a pathetic video. Lloyd Webber can write music which anyone, regardless of their generation or nationality, can listen to and enjoy; that is an EXTRAORDINARY TALENT. His gift is melody; something which should be admired and not trashed. He lacks is a formal discipline in music (which your hero Sondheim did have), but an education as William Lloyd Webber rightly said would only have destroyed Andrews’ gift for melody. Without discipline, we can only rely on raw talent, and Andrew has ample talent.
Go back and think this one again. Hal Prince was a champion of BOTH Sondheim AND Lloyd Webber. There is no sport in trashing the latter.

Be aware this was an April Fools video. It is admittedly unfair that he is an easy punching bag for such a thing. I do actually think there are great personally believe that there are great aspects to what he does, and I have planned real academic videos taking a look at his unique chord progressions, mixed meters, and more.
