Quick tip, next time you produce a video, bullet point what you need to cover in the video and try several ways of conveying those points until you get the most concise and optimal option. That should help help make your videos/guides a little more clear and direct.

I'm trying to love this game so much but the combat.... I need to constantly run away trying to avoid attack that aren't avoidable just to barely survive every encounter. I hope this game doesn't end up at the bottom of the drawer like Ff12
I would try putting your difficulty to easy if it isn’t already, also depending on where you are in the story (please reply and let me know where so I can help you more if needed) you may need to stop progressing and grind for a bit. Grinding guides for exp at almost all points of the game have been included in a video on my channel if you want help with that piece. please reply if you have other questions :)
@@tokocold1497 I'm a the entrance of Ding Dong Well. My starter familiar is LVL 7 and I just got the monkey ish familiar and it's LVL 3 and I get my ass wrecked. Thank you for your reply, It's probably me who suck at this game Wich is sad lol because I really enjoy everything about this game except the combat so far.
I would leave and go back to deep dark wood and kill a few enemies till you get to about level 9, make sure until later in the game you arent running away or avoiding wild encounters, avoiding them too much will result in a unbalanced game. Bosses and such in the future are very strong and you should make sure to do the wild encounters or choses to do some over-leveling. since the game is so vanilla to you, I wouldnt watch any more guides unless you really need it. The game is great to play blind and is a experience I wish I could have again.
I started playing this game recently and I’m loving it! However, I just got Esther join the team and now I’m confused with the battle system 😭. There seems to be a lot going on. Need more time to adjust to it.
remember when the attack bubble glows blue when you are getting hit by a attack from an enemy if you quickly press attack you will be able to counter attack
You cant counter all attacks, however when you can counter your familiars attack bubble will glow blue during the short period of time not the easiest thing to do honestly, thats why I didnt cover it in the video.

hi guys is there some way i could get the wizards companion (from wrath of the white witch, not the jet black mage) in 2022? I've been looking all over the internet and didn't find anything, and this is the irl book...
its part of the very hard to obtain wizards edition of the game that was one of the first special editions on ps3. it was bought out in bulk by a few Canadian companies so many orders never made it to individual customers. i bought one sealed for around 400$ and have yet to open it
I don't understand the star/moon/planet and x2 system. There's also the different colors on damage..? Makes sense when it's fire/water.. but when the Boneheads have purple damage pop up, what does that mean?
ok so purple damage is weakened damage. but boneheads are a kind of enemy and theres a lot of them, that are all naturally resistant to psychical attacks. refer to the telling stone for the symbol matching and such.
Hello, do you have any tips on strategy making? Like, which familiars to use, what character should get it, which should I get rid off, which ones to evolve, what to feed them, etc Also, the sun, moon, star and planet thing, and elements stuff, I don't get it at all. I know sun > moon, moon > star, star > sun and planet is neutral, but I don't really know anything else. I was reading some things about the creatures on the grimmory, and I noticed that they may change types when evolve, I don't really get why that happens. Maybe I'm thinking this much like a pokemon game, idk. I just got the ship and was coming back to some areas to get chest that i missed and whatever, I thought I was pretty overleved, but traveling the overworld I noticed that there were many strong creatures I can't even touch without getting smashed, and i always had trouble with bosses and bounties, that's why I searched for some help on the battle system. I will be really grateful if you can help, thanks in advance

I like the concept but I would of preferred a turn based combat with the familiars.

Just started playing and I find switching between attack and defend on a familiar is a bit clunky and slow and i get attacked. is there a way to pause

What are the best tactics to use? My allies keep wasting their MP but i want them to be effective in battle so they don't get murked

I advise you to look at my guides on xp farming and my metamorphosis guide. They may help you better than I could with the visual.
