Was the size of upper teeths trimmed down cosmetically? Or is it just the braces?
It’s just braces 😁 no trimming . Trimming reduces the enamel and causes sensitivity of teeth for a lifetime.

@@binny5651 we do provide IPR - but not every case can be treated with IPR. Too much IPR - can damage teeth - make them sensitive and prone for dental cavities.

It’s nothing but light exposure setting in the camera - as the two photos are taken with time difference of 18 months. It’s very common to know - if you have any idea about photography. Just like you might look a bit darker in one photograph and fairer in another- even though it’s a same phone that you clicked the photo with , of the same person and by the same cameraman. We hope you have faced it many times in your life too.
