The best way to farm imho is to get as much cops as u can on your tail. My personal record is 5 vehicles. Then just hold them to not escape. You simply run and then hit brakes to refresh escape bar from green to middle section. While doing this enter all online races. In 30 minutes i managed to farm 100k on races and extra 40k on cops, cus i had half an hour in chase with 200k police damage. They just kept hitting the traffic by themselves and farmed this damage. Thats it. I think in 1 hour run it`s possible to farm like 300k with no effort

Also you can use falling from textures glitch and make infinite drift by pressing only W, in 1 hour it`s possible to farm approx 1 mil ingame currency

Still works after patch you just need to wall ride higher. Im still out of the map.

+1m drift points only gets you like 10k money better use cheat engine

1mill gets you 125k points roughly. Id rather not download a keylogger or virus onto my computer thanks.
