I use Premiere Pro CC. I have just started to dive into color grading. I'm using the lumetri in Premiere. I do it a little different. I make an adjustment layer and correct and normalize the clips first. The I do an other adjustment layer above that one and add the finishing touch on that one. Now I just have to master the art of color grading. Have a wounderful Sunday, Andreas from Off Grid Sweden 🇸🇪

Nice video!!! Like the idea of matching color grades from Sony A7III and DJI Mavic.. But isn't it easier to match D-log with the S-Log or HLG from both cameras given that I think the DJI Mavic Pro has this PP built in to it....? Anyway I've tried to match the HLG 3 with D-Cinelike but its not an easy task... By the way the sequence looks amazing!!!

Ive saved this video on my videography playlist & i know it will be useful one day .. presently I shoot in 1080 & the bog standard profile that my camera has.. I dont think my editing software(iMovie ) can do colour grading

You're welcome, glad you liked it! When I use luts I apply them before I color grade each clip!
yes this tutorial is for final cut pro but the problem that i have is that i am an windows user not a mac user and i don t have final cut pro
Cinema Grade works on Premiere or Final Cut but is locked to the Mac OS unfortunately. But still a great plugin!
Do you use scopes as well when you grade?
Yes, so that I don't crush the blacks or blow out the highlights!

I’m confused. Color finale pro and color Central and cinema grade are the same company??? Do I have to buy color central to use cinema grade or cinema grade is a stand alone plugin???
Cinema grade Is a plugin to final cut pro. No need to have Color finale, sorry for being unclear!
So color finale vs cinema grade, which one should we buy? In your honest opinion? I like the way cinema grade give me that color corection like premier pro.
I'd say cinema grade. It's way easier to use and it makes the workflow faster! I have been getting much more accurate results with it too!

Cinema Grade is good when it comes to color multiple clips but unfortunately, CAN NOT handle too much footage on the app/program. Especially when it has effects. Keeps giving me the message of "Failed to launch preview"
