- East Baltimore native Deion Broxton was working his job as a reporter for NBC Montana Wednesday when his camera caught his now-viral reaction as a herd of bison started walking toward him.
Dude would 100 percent survive the start of any horror film.
Hahahahahaha i said the same thing
😄😄
@@chrystallee5528 hey man the black ones never live this man would run like Usain bolt to the next county lmfao

“Only black man in Montana: killed by a bison” that was too much, Im in tears. 😭
That part sent me 🤣
That line just came out of nowhere and it was just gold.
I ain’t messin with you…..
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Not a true statement, there's 4 other black dudes in Montana......
He had the only sane and sensible reaction to bison walking up of any human being. It's only news because it was caught on camera. Thank you Mr. Broxton for being cautious and safe!
This man has such a bright future with endless possibilities because of his positive out look, comedic inside, humility, and survival instincts. I hope to see him fulfilling his dreams maybe as a huge movie star one day. God bless him and protect him.
Well said. 🌹
No, it's because he's honest. That's rare and it's why people eat it up.
As a former Montana resident, I can tell you he did the smart thing. Bisons are FAST...can run 40 mph!
35 mph
40 mph
82.5 mph
88 mph
Y’All so funny🤣😆🤣
FINALLY!! Someone who has some actual common sense to know when they are in a life-threatening situation.
Yes I agree
They don't have 2200lbs Bison in Baltimore. He's smart 🤣
Survivalist of Baltimore and Yellowstone 🏆 You Make Us🇺🇸 All Proud🤠
Much more success to You!🥳
Well, Baltimore is one of those cities that, unless you grew up sheltered in an ivory tower, you have to develop some "spidey senses" to survive walking in some streets.
At least this guy was aware that the "beautiful nature" isn't a "safe space", it doesn't need to be a concrete jungle or a real jungle to have plenty to mess you up.
@STRONGEST NATTY IN THE WORLD. Didn't read the "race" part... 🤔 Only that the Reporter is Astute.... Much success to him.
Funny, smart, good instincts. Not enough people like him as evidenced by the internet.
It’s also great that he has a sense of humor and can laugh about himself.
"Oh no I ain't messin wit'chu😂😂classic
Should be anyone's reaction when one of those big beasts comes walking at you.
They're fairly peaceful though, just don't mess with their babies.
I've seen people get close and touch them (not recommended but I have witnessed it) I've also been in a car when they're just walking along next to the road minding their own business.
That accent came out real quick
I'm a Chicagoan by birth, live in East Tennessee now, and I can vouch for the hood accent coming out in high stress / fear situations
I ain't messin wit'chew
Showing bison the respect they require.

Yes, no negotiation with the respect. You either give it to them or be ejected from the ground you're standing on.

It was his "cautious expression" and choice of words, that was so funny, genuine. Thanks for publishing this outtake, enjoyable ( well, as long as he is safe.)
For that 18 seconds, he became the smartest man on television.
This guy's smile and everything about him is just immediately loveable. I hope he has much success.
Edit: It's OK to have a positive first impression of someone and not just assume everybody has evil intent.

Yes.. he's completely watchable
He was trampled and killed by a Moose while filming in New Hampshire in 2021.
@@matthews852 Even Moose hate them too? I know police dogs of German descent do.
“The only black person in Montana killed by a bison.” Omg 😂
He wasn’t overreacting. A male bison is as big as a boxcar, and can weigh over a ton. Females are smaller, but still over 1000 pounds, in many cases. And they can get nervous and attack when people get too close to them.
Every year, tourists get injured at Yellowstone when they try to pet the bison, or feed them, or take selfies with them.
People are so stupid. Yellowstone is not a petting zoo! They deserve to get hurt if they’re trying to take a selfie with a bison. I said what I said lol.
A boxcar? 50 feet long, 10 feet high…? 🤔

why did they give u side eye?
😁 😁
😂😂
Just his facial expressions. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
😩🤣🤣
His eyes said so much!
There's one old show of Dave Chappell.. you should check that out 😆
I know of someone who has a "pet" bull bison on his ranch. He provided him with a toy to play with when he gets bored. That toy is a large truck tire hung by a chain with one inch links from a frame constructed of six inch heavy walled pipes.
The bison will play by hitting the tire with its head and bounce it around and up and down. Every few weeks the bison rips the truck tire down by breaking the chain when he hooks the tire with its horn and yanks on it. The bison sometimes takes of running with the tire before it drops the tire, sometimes half a mile away.
Deion Broxton demonstrated great intelligence when he decided to move out of the way after the bison started giving him "the eye" and moving towards him.
I'm amazed that no one's commenting on how gorgeous the anchor is. Wow!
He gave that bison the side eye.
To most wild animals, eye contact is a challenge.
If there was ever an Anti-Darwin Award this guy would be at the top of the list. Wise enough to see that something could go very wrong and smart enough to just get the hell out.
There is, it's called survive and procreate. ;)
LMAO!!
That’s a man who knows his limitations and has self preservation instincts
As someone who lived in South Dakota near a national park with Bison. Can 100% confirm the pucker factor they present. Especially when they are moving the herd. Also, can confirm, Bison most definitely can run upwards of 40 mph with their Usain Bolt version competently capable of about 50 mph.

In Paint Bank Virginia my fiancés dad runs the buffalo farm. They have one field with a couple hundred and another with 5 studs, all on the main road. Idiot tourists sometimes try to feed them. All that’s keeping them in is a wire fence, they break out a couple times a year. If they want to break through and charge the fence they easily could, and you’ve got middle aged idiots trying to feed them.
I love to watch this guy!! He stood his ground longer than I ever would. Bison own every square foot of the park and only absolute idiots test that. You go, dude!! And keep up the great work.
Okay, stop the hype. Bison are not that dangerous. They're herded and transported (relocated) just like cattle. During food shortages, they're fed just like cattle. You wouldn't want to get the bull (of either species) mad at you, but even that can be handled if you know what you're doing. Farm families handle cattle all the time.
@STRONGEST NATTY IN THE WORLD. You going to C/P this crap on every comment? It's pretty clear who has issues around "race".
@STRONGEST NATTY IN THE WORLD. It's because I have a functioning brain and system of morals., which includes an understanding that racism is generally a bad thing. Something you don't and can't understand, as you're clearly a racist. And not that intelligent either, going by your spamming the same message multiple times.
@STRONGEST NATTY IN THE WORLD. I'm mad at you because you're a cretin who diminishes the global intellect with each of your postings. Nothing to do with any other human, it's just a "you" (waste of flesh) thing.

Every time a bison nails someone, you know they were warned first.
This guy, he recognized the warning. Good for him.
He is the exact opposite of that drunk Chad who taunted the bison on the road.

Lol! The expression on his face as the bison approached is hilarious!

Move far to know who you are.
