    Hi friends,missed some points
    1.Dates badhila you can add jaggery also but dates gives strength to kids
    2. It will take 15 minutes to do this
    3. Once done will be good for 15 days outside itself

    Nice recipe... plz dont add badam with skin... remove skin be4 dry roast... to remove skin soak badam in warm water for 5 to 10mins then u can remove skin easily...
