One of the creepiest Vonnegut stories ever written (IMO). Excellent presentation from Showtime anthology of "Welcome To The Monkey House" short stories. Very relevant to today's discussion of technological advances and ethical issues. See www.wired.com/2012/02/dmitry-itskov/
"I am a physician I am not a philosophy" - Does it mean science is different from morality? Science just needs to be developed without caring about morality? It is so terrible! I can't agree with it. In my own opinion, science aims at serving people's happiness, and people's happiness can not exist without the values of love and morality! Scientists, physicians, or doctors should serve people and bring happiness to human beings in the spirit of acceptable human moral values.
