- Part 2 video link: • WHAT THE PLANT?? EPIC...
This is one of the most hilarious episode ever filmed on my channel. Irene from @leafing.around is visiting Jakarta from Malaysia and its our very first time meeting after being online plant friends (And competitors on youtube lol) for years. We hung out at @eskagarden where they house many varieties of houseplants. Irene and I give you a tour of what’s happening at the store and have a lot of laugh along the way. We shared experiences, plant species we like and don’t like. This is a reunion not to be missed!

Thank you for a lovely tour!
🙏🏽🙏🏽
For your information if a plant species name ends with "-ii" for example Anthurium veitchii, it means that they are named after a male figure. Whereas if it ends with "-ae" for example Philodendron sharoniae it was named after a female figure 😊
Omg thats an interesting trivia to know! Thank you

At 18.50, it's a Fatsia Japonica, they grow into a bush or are kept in pots, it's an Aralia.
Thank youu
This year in the US we have been getting amazing tropicals in our local store markets, a lot of them are coming from Costa Farms in Florida. Not rare ones but 100's that we could not get here before. I got 6 nice pink princess plants from our local Walmart for a total of 22.00 US $
Yeahhh but there are some interesting new “rare” varieties coming into the market… i guess the chase never ends. 🥲
Nice to see you guys together.
🥰🥰
So amazing 😍😍😍😍.
Actually you are right Irene about the pink princess pink top leaf reverting back to green just like my prince of orange top leaf reverting to green.

It eventually turns into a huge tree
Thank youuu
💚💚

❤️❤️
🤗🤗🤗💚💚💚
🥰🥰🥰
,OMG,ur together vloging!
Hehe yes finally!
Time stamp 36: 24 until 37:15 looks like a Euphorbia tirucalli (pencil cactus / firestick plant) :D Very nice specimen! Take it home Sean!
Thank youu
Oooh I have this plant but it looks nothing like the one in the video haha
❤☘️
❤️❤️
💪✌️
Well, very nice to see you guys in one frame, nice collab!
Btw sean, as much as i know 8:51 this guy is Ant. Clarinervium.
“Tarantula” just a local name in our country and its leads to clarinervium.
Tarantula doesn’t mean the other name of the hybrid of the Clarinervium🙂
Oooh yes it is a mutation of the clarinervium. In my episode at Kartel Daun someone share the history behind it 😀
27:39 That's not an Oxalis. It's actually Christia obcordata from the Fabaceae family. Oxalis on the other hand is from Oxalidaceae family.
Thank youuu. Thats completely new to me!
Watching from philipines
Thank you 😀
The Oxalis is not Oxalis it is Christia obcordata
And That one Silver Cloud, mamei has red petiole and elongated leaves
Whoaaa thank you for that. I need to look at my mamei now haha
@@onlyplants definitely you should, love your videos. I love aroids way too much, can't resist them to have a new one.
Hi plant beautiful
how i wish i could carry such amazing live leaf when am flying F21 raptor bomber and apache chopper gunner , so amaze with nature leaf, cheers guys 😎
😀😀
Those Trevesia Japonica look like Fatsia Japonica. Fatsia are commonly found in plant stores in The Netherlands for cheap. Trevesia not unfortunately, I love the look of the Palmata and would love to have one. It does need to be kept in a pot or dug up every winter, but it's so worth it!
They are almost invasive here 😀😀
I love watching your plant tours! By the way, the plant at 27:42 is actually a Christia obcordata, not an Oxalis.
Thank youuu. Glad a few people corrected it.
34:41 Sean yo bro same here 💚😁✌
I think you have not seen yet a matured specimen of P. gigas, surely you'll love that plant.
Oooh I just googled it, looks like an anthurium!
