What does "you must suffer me to go my own dark way", actually mean regarding the context in chapter 6?

It means that Jekyll wants Utterson to leave him to his path, even though it’s one of darkness and difficulty. He’s essentially asking Utterson to let him get on with his own problems. Does that make sense?

Could you also possibly talk about Hyde in this?

Of course because Hyde is a manifestation of Jekyll’s darker impulses. But be careful to frame it as such so that you keep focused on the question. So if Jekyll comes up one paragraph could be about how his questionable moral compass is emphasised through Hyde’s violence and Jekyll’s willingness to keep changing back into him. Good luck today!
