I bought the Stirling and all the attachments in 2022 and received one of the 1st ones in the USA 🇺🇸 Northlake TEXAS. Truly a great 👍🏼 system. Fast switching between cartridges, and super easy height adjustment! The fabric grass box has rubbed up against my wood fence and ripped open in the corner. I’ve called Allett USA 🇺🇸 Several times and have no luck in purchasing a new fabric bagger 😩 Also, because mine was an early unit I received it before the rigidity attachment was available and was told I’d receive one when available to stop the unit from flexing in uneven spot in the lawn. Ofer a year later I’ve not received my rigidity attachment. Also, the bolts that hold the roller on the front come lose all the time. You will need to add lock tight to prevent losing those two bolts. One item I’d like to see added is a second lever that supports the handle bar. It has one on the left with a green handle. This locks the bar in place. But because it’s only on the right the handle bar flexes a little on the left side do to the lack of a lever on the left. Over all the product is awesome! The batteries 🔋 are awesome. The unit is so quiet… In the future I’d like to see larger 24-26” Stirling released! I mow my lawn 3-5 days a week. My lawn is the nicest in my neighborhood. I can mow anytime of the day without bothering my neighbors because it’s so quiet. I also have the EGO Blower, String Trimmer, Edger, Hedge Trimmer, and several sizes of the EGO batteries 🔋 imcluding the largest 12.0 AH Lithium-Ion 56V Battery which can mow my lawn several times before needing to be recharged. I will never own a gas ⛽️ machine again… Cheers 🎉
Is it mandatory to collect when performing scarification. I.e. can you throw the scarifings forward and collect with a leaf blower after? Will the machine struggle to continuously drive over the scarifcation waste/ throw it forward?
You can buy an EGO Mower with the same battery + handle for £545 (same motor as well I assume). The UC 6 bladed cylinder is sold separately for £569. So a total of £1114. The Stirling 43 is £3768 with the battery + charger. So there is a difference of £2,654 for the remaining parts!! It certainly is not value for money or justifiable as a homeowner which is a shame and I'm afraid I can't see the reason for such a high price.
@@Robbo6 They don't, no. I'm wondering when Allett used their battery platform whether they were able to get EGO to agree not to make cylinder mowers for a period of time
Hi James that is a rotary mower which is in a totally different class to a cylinder mower You may find our cylinder v rotary video good to watch to learn what the difference is and why they’re so much more expensive Can you put cartridges in a rotary mower? No.
I just hope it’s more reliable than the Liberty. We have had one for three years and have had to replace several items including the motor unit at over £300.
Fabulous overview. Thanks.

Hi Juston - What size is your stirling please?
Hello Juston do you recommend the sterling 51 I am very interested in this mower.
Please let us know in the comments what your favourite cartridge is
10 blade

I have really enjoyed the scarifier cartridge. I haven’t used my verticut cartridge yet.
It’s our most popular cartridge followed by the Verticut! You’ll enjoy the Verticut cartridge
Excellent video from Austin again! I liked the backlapping video too but am now unsure when to have a loose cylinder vs one that’s cutting paper.
Glad you enjoyed it . With the Stirling we say set it to cut paper and back it off. It doesn’t have to be set that tight it will still cut grass
@@ALLETTMOWERSUK thank you, will do!
Is there a way to change the pins from the Scarifier?
I lost a view or there a damaged😅

I don't think ego makes a cylinder mower, do they? I wish they did.

Very nice I would love one but very expensive £3,649.00. If I win the lottery I will definitely buy one 😁👍👍
Once China made ones are available, they'll cost around $649.
Simply the best mowers in the world
If you make a petrol version, I'd buy one.
Hi have you seen our Kensington Petrol mower? It takes a range of cartridges and is powered by a Honda or Briggs and Stratton engine - your choice
