I have a comfort protection plan with air one heating and cooling for my furnace since 2014 , I paid them monthly 18.95 C$ plus tax , I didn’t call them any time until the furnace doesn’t working before three days, after they checked it they want to charge me 1308 C$ for replacing a damaged fan motor , they said that my plan is covering 750 C$ , so I have to pay them 558 C$ . I’m asking : is the replacing fan motor is really cost that amount ( 1308 C$ )? to home can I complain? Tank You

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear that your furnace isn't working. It never hurts to get a second opinion; try calling a local HVAC company to get their opinion on what needs to be repaired before agreeing to the company that holds your service plan. Where do you live?
