I remember when I was that young believe it or not. And the intention is all there... but the coordination is not there and in her mind... the cup and straw is broken. Seriously. 😂. I remember as a kid (2 years or younger)there was tons I wanted to say but The words would come out as googoogahgah... my thoughts were english to me... but my mouth could not make the words.

This is actually a normal response for toddlers with high intelligence. Their mind is developing faster than their dexterity and they can often become frustrated because their hands can't do want their mind wants to as fast yet!
I think the baby knows the difference between mocking laughter and light hearted laughter.
