The Riverside Retreat is just across the street from the Hillsborough area in Tampa. This is a custom-designed house with unique features, including a serene backyard with a fire pit to create a one-of-a-kind getaway. The ideal location is close to downtown and the beach and can accommodate 10 guests.
This house was a featured tour in Better Homes & Gardens, HGTV, and Country Living! Within a short drive, enjoy a sun-kissed day on the beach at Cypress Point Park, or bike to Armature Works and along the Riverwalk to explore lively downtown Tampa.

Omg! How much was this place? Ok. So it had an opportunity for several guests! What a good deal
When we booked it was at $250 a night but we had a couple staying in each bedroom so it ended up being pretty cheap for our group rate
That swinging bed on ropes is NEXT LEVEL! Honestly had no idea this was a thing but I want it now. The whole place is insanely photogenic, every room looks like an Instagram prop. I love how each room has it's own unique style and feel to it. In love with that kitchen too. Awesome tour guys! Btw, love the shirt Tony!
Thank you! We definitely took lots of photos in each room. That bed was great except for nights when alcohol was involved 😅

It was amazing! Spent so much time by the fire. As cool as the swing bed looked though, I will say do not get in it if you've had a few beverages. 🤣

Usually it's under 100 a night at most. Going to start budgeting more too. The larger places we stay at with friends so we all split the costs

I hope so too! Or event just affiliation through VRBO or something. Would be nice to not pay for some of these places. We were a bit crushed that Airbnb stopped their Affiliate program
