Yes! this sample is from the movie Carrie (1976) , from Pino Donnagio "contest winners" track. I watched Carrie last night and recognized this beat immediately but couldn't figure out where I knew it from. Just spent an hour tracking it down "They're all gonna laugh at you!"
Whole song is just Ill. Used to play this hard cruisin back in 2001-2002. When the violin comes at the end just puts the icing on. The ryme to this song is actualy quite dope. A talented artist wrote them. A person with with just a basic like of music can't really appreciate the deep artistry of the lryical side of this track. The beat IS off the scale though.
You can't be serious.. Buck 65 is a great producer and an honest and passionate MC. His content isn't for everyone because a lot of people don't understant it but if you really look into what he raps about you know he is very smart. His imagery is beautiful as well as his metaphors and listening to his poetry has gotten me through a lot of shit. He puts his heart into his music and any musician who doesn't should be classified as "shitty".
I swear i just heard this song on youtube and then around the middle it skipped into necro's sick sadistic rap, where did it go? i cant find it and its pissing me off, buck 65's violin version went perfectly into introducing his rap man i must be going delusional here but i swear i heard this song earlier tonight what the fuck
Im not sure but i think that the music is from the film "Carrie" from the book of Stephen King. It appears in this video /watch?v=WPQ7giJg9WE at the second 9 more or less
@paisa1990 The rap song is fucking amazing if you think about how it relates to the main character from the movie Carrie. The sample is the sound whenever Carrie does some crazy shit.
you saying that those aspects are bad is all subjective though. i agree it is different and his stuff isnt for everybody but then there are people like me who respect his originality and style. if you dont like him that's fine i just find it disrespectful when you say he's a shitty rapper. if you don't respect him just keep your opinions to yourself.
Lol. So what you are saying is that if someone's opinion isn't asked for, they shouldn't say it? That's the motto of a dictator. I get the feeling you like to be provocative because it gives you the sensation of power. In other words,a troll, however I'm not quite sure the title gives you justice
