His mechanic is basically being a super saiyan with the charge levels 😂. Absolutely love that wild child goku type energy in Zack's combat. Its so him.
As someone who also beat this Challenge with Zack solo, i hope in the next game they Made the time window for quick charge a bit longer so it doesn't messed you up during combo, that'll definitely make him easier to use for more Casual player. And i also hope they give him some counter mechanic for when you quick charge after you parry the enemy, like cloud punisher mode.
a lot of people don't like doing this fight since they don't find it very fun to play with Zack because of his charging mechanics and the truth is that they miss out on a fairly broken character, I would also like them to add a counter mechanic to him, it would make him more stronger.
He's the Hardest melee character to play mechanicaly, because you need to really pay attention with timing. Unlike others melee Character were you just pressing buttons without even care about timing
Honestly, his charge window is already pretty big. I think what throws people off is they hit the charge button too early. I agree on a counter mechanic though.
I think the main issue is there’s really no other way to practice Zack’s mechanic outside the VR mission. Otherwise, it would have been fun playing around and practicing it.
I was expecting Zack to be a stance fighter of sorts based on his gameplay from crisis core, but I suppose cloud already takes that role. Still, he looks really fun (If only he wasn’t a nightmare to unlock)
Great mate, Odin's move set is sometime difficult to predict to make parry, and Bahamut too. I was trying with HP-MP materia but i need more time to practice and it's something i don't have xd Greetings from Spain

Sí, es con la materia esa que invierte la vida y los pm, le pones el accesorio de limite nivel 3 y a medida que bloqueas se va llenando. Eso sí, hay que practicar por que es bastante complicado, ya que de un toque de un enemigo estas en la lona, a no ser que tengas ultima oportuida o autolazaro. Para mi lo mas complicado es odin, su set de movimientos es rapido y el timing es muy preciso y bahamut a veces tambien. Lo malo que no tengo tiempo para practicar xD

I'm attempting the solo by learning each fight. Phoenix is the main issue. Im not sure if i want to master his attacks and block perfectly or just manawall and bravery. My current strat is bravery, build 2 ATB, manawall and fire on flan Keep attacking and trying to block at least if not perfect block the burst The bomb i chain slash 3 but sometimes he knocks me back The grandhorn goes quickly with a fire Phoenix enters pressured and i instantly throw a meteor 3, then i do 2 high bravers and attack until he is 1/10 from stagger then toss out meteor shots so he gets pummeled with those as hes staggered from the first one then do high braver x2 but idk i may have to change it to high braver x3 because i have a tiny window before rebirth flame My issue is keeping up the damage and killing him before stagger ends. My main issue is survival because zack builds atb slowly. I do really like his character. Im on attempt 85 so i must enjoy something about him. Wish he had a move for stagger percent bonus too though. True slash 1-3 each level giving 10%. He plays like a character MEANT to be in the next game but without some abilities. He feels like hes missing something. Sephiroth too, and he is a monster. Zanshin rising on bahamut wings is great Anyway im in the process of using shortcuts instead of tactical slowdown. The stagger window is pretty short on everything. In Remake some were super long. Fat chocobo for example. I do think i need to save that fraction of a second to pull off attacks. Ive been playing Zack for weeks but these rounds are overtuned imo. Definitely meant for 2+ Boss 2 has 92-95K like uhhh...thats insane. Kujata has like 133k or something insane. Its fun but seriously waiting years to maybe get to use him in more than just minimal areas is a drag. I say add in 2 to 3 abilities and give him a stance, and definitely fix the combo QC so you're not forced to the ground with Titan or enemies with a lotta knockback (i like the downward strike it just needs faster recovery). Final note on Zack, the dodge slash like cloud has to throw magic blades at the enemy could be in there Anyway insane run ill probably never solo it fully but it's more fun than going for the plat for now imo. Johnny trove is so excessive. Friggin cant stop wont stop was way easier. To be forced to play some minigames again is terrible. Others are tolerable, but it's painfully upsetting to go from stuff like this to being a stupid frog and ignoring Queens blood until I had 500 hours of gameplay did me no favors...
If Zack was a full time playable character, and customizable. How powerful would he be compared to the main cast and Sephiroth (if he was customizable too)

Thank you😆, When you attack there is a moment when you can do a quick charge, it would be like this: attack, wait a moment and press triangle and when the animation happens you can do a charged attack that fills the charge bar even more
It is understandable that the majority of people don't really like that timing that Zack has because unlike Nero we only use Zack at the end of the game and then in the VR and it is very difficult to practice it there with the summons and the mini bosses.
@@kevinburke1325dmc5 made the game easier than the previous ones for newcomers. But if you wanna practice zack, i recommend going to dynamic difficulty and do the zack tutorial training with the orcs. Instead of normal and hard for some reason dynamic gives more health to enemies
