Thank You! I just wanted to let you now that I have watched and rewatched your videos on several machines and your explanations are TOP Notch! Thank you for giving us terms of what things are called and explaining where shafts go and what they work, etc. So many videos will leave it at "you oil this thing and that thing and this here" and leave more questions than answers when I am looking for that ONE spot to fix the squeal. my brand new janome machine is making high pitched noise in between stitches, it's not continuous, but happens every now and then (i'd say every 30 seconds, the sound will last upto 10-20 seconds each time, it's a brand new machine (2 weeks old), waiting to hear from my dealer. Do you have any idea what could be causing it? i have a janome 550e,
