It makes sense though I think YG or Psy knows the world has extreme PSY overkill, so it was more about Snoop Dogg to grab everyones attention again. so in the end it was good for me.
"they" said this whole collab was snoops' idea, when they were having a drink. HAHA the song was catchy, not exactly GS or Gentleman catchy but its a pretty good song.

0:59 - thing that Psy is drinking is basically an over the counter drug/drink that helps you recover from hangover. Also, Psy (and many koreans) like to drink some sort of soup (cup noodle soup in this case) to sober up as well.
1:30 - this is a scene in a korean spa where people pretty much get naked and bathe themselves in hot water. Koreans like to do this to relax after a rough night
1:32 Bbara Bbiri Ppo - it's like another way of saying Cheers! in korean (but it originated from a korean dialect from Busan)

This is actually the perfect international synergy. A song and a MV less for the Kpop audience, more for the Non-Kpop audience. I like it just because it's trying to be international without clinging to Kpop standards.

I loved the song. It was a lot better than I expected. I wasn't that sure about the song when I heard Snoop was going to be on it but man. Its good. The MV had a lot of Korean Drinking culture in it and It was fun to see Snoop being a part of it as well. I liked it. I know some people may not because of the big american influence u=in the song and stuff, but even though so, I think the song is catchy and the beat is good. but thats just me

IDK. The songs chorus is good but the rest of the song is forgettable. There was too little of Psy (seeing as he's not the one featuring). It's just the same repetitive nature as Gentleman and Gangnam Style (both songs that I like). I wish Psy would release more songs like Thank You, Right Now and It's Art. Not that I dislike these generic songs, I just want more variety like what he use to release.

i just feel like each scene in the video was too slow. gangnam style had quick cuts so we could replay it over and over, look for different celebrities each time and laugh at the many different scenes. here, it feels like each scene is enough to fully absorb in one go, which sadly, won't make me replay it multiple times.
