Thank you so much for your review. I just ordered stov and windshield, just going to buy those gas canisters you and your mate recommended. Have a great week and xmas
I personally haven't tried wood or charcoal in mine, but this is a copy and paste from the STOV website: Yes, you can use the STOV BBQ with small wood pieces and turn it into a small fire pit. You can also use charcoal but make sure that you use some protection, e.g., sand on the bottom of the bbq. Make sure not to use too much charcoal - charcoal burns a lot hotter than gas.
That’s interesting. This could be a cue for you to try it with wood & post it. I should have added that the Grilla has not been certified for importation to Australia. To my knowledge this STOV would be the only camping bbq to run on both butane & wood allowed in Australia.
Great, thorough review. Good alternative, if you get the wind shields.
Thanlyou. It's a great product😊. Wind shield saves on gas too.
Just ordered mine today and super psyched to use it on Xmas
I hope you have fun playing. 😊

The windshield helps a lot.
My mate swears by the adapter so he can run the Coleman bottles as well.
Merry Christmas 😊
What a little ripper 👍🏼. I do like it very much. Thanks for sharing, once again old mate….
No problems 😊👍. Addicted to kebabs now, lol.
I met the black that owns it general nice guy not for money and great quality
That's great to hear👍. Agreed, nice bloke.
I love my Stov😊
Better off with the flat pack Ridge Monkey Grilla which can use both butane or firewood.

Definitely will look at trying it out in the future.👍
