She was one of my favorite characters on the show and when she left it was pretty devastating 😭! She and Ducky were the main reason I continued to watch after the first few episodes. Such a shame that things couldn't be worked out for her to stay but no one should work in a place where they don't feel safe and they don't feel is safe for the rest of the team. I'm happy that she is continuing to thrive to the best of her ability by continuing to act. Sorry to hear about her stroke,thank God she's one tough cookie!! Sending love, hugs and prayers her way !! I was sorry for her departure from the show,hated to hear about Harmon dogs Couldn't believe he still brought his dog on the site. I just pray for both of them. Because I love them both .😢🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾😊

It broke my heart when she left. I love NCIS, and not knowing why she left really bugged me. I gotta admit, I'm on her side in that disagreement. My min pins were killed by pit bulls; they lived together in the same house for almost 10 years, so we weren't worried about it. It came out of nowhere. I'll NEVER trust a pit bull again.

The fallout between Pauley Perrette and Mark Harmon on NCIS is like something out of a Hollywood thriller.
As always, Producers fail to show leadership. Instead of solving the problem, they avoid and make everyone work in a uncomfortable workplace
