Sorry Tom .. I am late to this party as I have been a bit down lately. My best friend Roger passed from a heart attack after surviving cancer last year. :( We used to call each other almost daily to compare notes on the state of, well everything. lol I really miss him. You will be glad to know that another dear friend is much better after I told him about your experience and the heart stress test ... so important ..... thank you again Tom. He went and got it done with the same results as yours. Yet another great video Tom ... you and the guys at Legacy are far and away the best in my book.
Sorry to hear of your friend's death. This has been a challenging year for many. But thanks for watching and sharing your encouraging words about our videos. I have really enjoyed bringing them to you and seem to keep finding more treasures to share. Lets hope the New Year will bring more good things our way.
I remember seeing a lot of engraved blued, gold and silver PP and PPK pistols at (to me at that time) absurd prices in the Interarms stare in Alexandria back in the 70s. I guess with hindsight I should have bought a few. :(
It’s The Kray Twins, always. It’s not The Menendez Twins, AKA Sweethearts of the Cell Block. And as always a fun, informative vid. Seriously yours is about the best gun channel among a bunch not so good ones. Please keep it up, a VMC and a HNY.
Maybe I'm crazy, but value aside, if I could have an engraved Walther or Luger or a nice condition Kar.98k Mauser rifle, I think I would choose the Mauser rifle. I'm not sure why exactly. German handguns are super nice. I have a Luger. But the aesthetics, handling, and mystique of the backbone of the Wehrmacht has the handguns beat. Am I alone in feeling that way?
I have a 98 now and have had several others in the past. They’re what I call “bush shakers” because the underbrush seems to part a path for the round when fired. Great firearms.
Do you think the two PPKs were engraved by two different engravers ? Were they possibly done by forced labor ? Very interesting subject matter. Thanks for presenting them to us. I’m a newcomer to your channel so forgive me if I missed something but I haven’t seen any Browning High Powers discussed. Weren’t they being manufactured during that period ?
Very nice ,as always. I wish there was RUclips or some other information in the 80-90s I will have have already some big collection .. I started buying WW2 Germany Daggers ,badges .. Have first Dedication Iron Cross from Waffen SS Soldier from 1944 .. also just buy German Cross , several books ,I mean Catalog for info ,as there is lot off fake ,or reproductions ;-( I like very much Tank badges ,and pilot badges, SS Daggers ,and P-38 .. But need to build slowly . The Germany investing lot off talent made all this things . And now the prices are so crazy sometimes ..
Absolutely beautiful pistols

Thanks for sharing these works of art. Are you ever tempted to put some rounds through any of the guns of this quality?
Indeed. Very tempting
Yes! Coming soon to a stocking near ME?

The white grips should have been ivory at the time or any time before 1980.

You know, if you really want to be Gun Santa, you have to give guns away...
❤❤👍👍
Süper pistol süper gravür🙏🙏
How about the bobsy twins
Just came across one of these with plastic white grips supposed came from a ww2 vet as a trophy any advise or help?
Money does not make you happy. Unless you use it to buy twin Walther PPK pistols..😳
Bu silahların imalatı devam ediyormu!? Gravür işlemesi fabrikasyon mu, yoksa el işçiliği mi!
Gravür işlemesi gümüş mü
True artisans of the past, I think we lost a lot of our human skills with all the modern machines we have today. Amazing guns!
You do realise you can still order engraved guns?
