Completely unacceptable care and service. Shop elsewhere. I ordered a Christmas Tree on the 20th of November, and I haven't received it yet. On their website, they are still saying "Revised Delivery: December 06, 2023". It's very disappointing and literally my worst online shopping experience ever. BB&B is unresponsive. I sent various emails to inquire about my order and to request a partial refund. They never replied (on their website, they say "Response time: 24 hours"). I also called many times, but there was no answer. The last time I called, the waiting time was 294 minutes. Completely unacceptable care and service. Shop elsewhere.
